The present invention provides a wearable apparatus and a video-audio recording method thereof. The wearable apparatus includes a sensing module, an audio-video (AV) module and a control module. The sensing module senses a physiological information of a user and an environment information of the user’s environment. The AV module captures a video and an audio around the user to serve as an AV signal. The control module compares the physiological information and the environment information with at least one reference information.
