The invention relates to a surgical device for operations using laparoscopic techniques, more concretely an access device which allows access to the inner areas where the operation must be carried out, by means of previous insertion of trocars in the channels of the device, such that the operation is carried out by means of a single incision in the skin and allowing the suitable handling of the required instrument. The device described consists of a soft material and has an at least partially swellable structure, thereby facilitating the access thereof to the area of the operation and allowing a better adaptation thereof to the patient by providing better adjustment and sealing.Dispositivo quirúrgico.#Se describe un dispositivo quirúrgico para operaciones mediante técnicas laparoscópicas, más concretamente un dispositivo de acceso que permite, mediante la introducción previa de trócares en los canales del dispositivo, el acceder a las zonas interiores donde se tiene que llevar a cabo la intervención de manera que se realice mediante una sola incisión en la piel y permitiendo el manejo adecuado del instrumental necesario. El dispositivo descrito se encuentra realizado en un material blando y tiene una conformación al menos parcialmente hinchable facilitando así su acceso a la zona de la intervención y permitiendo una mejor adaptación de éste al paciente al proporcionar un mejor ajuste y sellado.
