A mold for earpiece devices either to connect an earphone to the ear canal or to act as a cover or plug thereof, allowing to prevent the development of ear diseases comprising: a mold placed in the ear canal and/or ear shell, adjusted to its shape, and whose external border is in direct contact with the users skin and a metallic piece with biocide properties, located inside the mold at a distance close to the border thereof wherein the metallic piece is adjusted from inside the mold (10) to the shape of the external contour thereof, allowing that only the mold is in direct contact with the skin, and encompassing all the zones where contact is produced.Un molde para dispositivos auriculares ya sea para conectar un audífono al canal auditivo o bien para actuar como cubierta o tapón del mismo, que permite prevenir el desarrollo de enfermedades al oído que comprende: un molde que se sitúa en el canal auditivo y/o en la concha de la oreja, ajustándose a la forma de este, y cuyo borde externo entra en contacto directo con la piel del usuario y una pieza metálica con propiedades biocidas, que se sitúa al interior del molde a una distancia cercana al borde del mismo en donde la pieza metálica se ajusta desde el interior del molde (10) a la forma del contorno externo del mismo, permitiendo que sólo el molde entre en contacto directo con la piel, y abarcando todas las zonas donde se produce el contacto.
