PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition capable of visually stimulating a potential consumer while imparting good cosmetic effect such as conditioning and cleansing effects, and capable of easily being rinsed off.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an anhydrous cosmetic composition comprising: (a) at least one of oil phase comprising at least one kind of oil (b) at least one of alcohol phase comprising at least one kind of alcohol and (c) at least one of nonionic surfactant phase comprising at least one kind of nonionic surfactant, where the nonionic surfactant is selected from esters of polyol with a fatty acid having a saturated or unsaturated chain comprising 8 to 24 carbon atoms and preferably comprising 12 to 22 carbon atoms and alkoxylated derivatives thereof having an alkylene oxide number of 10 to 200.
