PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry cosmetic molding machine which molds powders with a push-up system from below while preventing scattering of powders and preventing stains on a metal mold and a container, and can mold a product having stable filling amount and hardness.SOLUTION: A dry cosmetic molding machine has: a powder supply/filling unit 21 comprising a container transport unit 2 for cyclically transporting a container K1 and a hopper 23 for supplying powders for molding； a press metal mold 24 which is so located at a lower part of the hopper as to be horizontally movable, sucks and fills powders from the hopper, and is held by a press metal mold holder 28 which is so located as to be horizontally movable by a press metal mold holder transfer unit 50； and a preliminary press unit 31 which performs preliminary pressing of powders filled in the press metal mold with a push-up system from below, molds the powders into a block shape to produce a block-shaped cosmetic P1, and transfers the cosmetic onto a container transported by the container transport unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】粉末の飛散を防止し金型や容器の汚れを防止しつつ下方からの突き上げプレス式で当該粉末を成形し充填量、硬度が安定した製品を成形できる乾式化粧料成形機を提供する。【解決手段】乾式化粧料成形機は、容器Ｋ１を巡回移送する容器搬送ユニット２と、成形用の粉末を供給するホッパー２３を備える粉末供給・充填ユニット２１と、ホッパーの下部に水平移動可能に配置されて、ホッパーからの粉末を吸い込み充填するとともに、プレス金型ホルダー移送ユニット５０により水平移動可能に配置されたプレス金型ホルダー２８により保持したプレス金型２４と、プレス金型に充填した粉末に対して下方からの突き上げ式で予備プレスを行いブロック状に成形してブロック状化粧料Ｐ１とし、容器搬送ユニットにより搬送される容器上に移送する予備プレスユニット３１とを有する構成とした。【選択図】図４
