A vibration reducing type oscillating saw device provided with a safety function according to the present invention, to simplify an operation structure and reduce manufacturing costs, comprises: a handpiece body provided with a driving unit which performs a one directional rotational movement therein and has a knob unit; a power transmission unit provided with a rotational shaft unit connected to the driving unit, an eccentric unit having a first eccentric body eccentrically coupled to an upper end of the rotational shaft unit and a second eccentric body positioned at a lower part of the first eccentric body, coupled to the rotational shaft unit to be eccentric in a direction opposite to the first eccentric body from the rotational shaft unit and rotating with the first eccentric body in one body to attenuate the vibration caused by eccentric rotation of the first eccentric body such that one directional rotational movement may be converted into eccentric rotational movement; a vibration unit having a body unit and a protrusion unit which is formed to protrude toward both directions from one end of the body unit into which the first eccentric body is inserted to perform vibration movement according to the eccentric rotation of the first eccentric unit such that the eccentric rotational movement may be converted into traverse vibration movement; a power conversion unit having a vibration reducing unit which holds the eccentric unit and the vibration unit; a rotational unit connected to the vibration unit of the power conversion unit and converting the vibration movement into bidirectional rotational movement; and a trigger provided on the knob unit and turning the driving unit on or off.
