PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic sensor and an organ measuring device using the ultrasonic sensor capable of attaining high accuracy and high stability by oscillating an ultrasonic wave at a wide angle to an organ to be measured and receiving its reflected wave in a wide region.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic sensor includes: an ultrasonic probe 2 for oscillating an ultrasonic wave at a wide angle to an organ to be measured in a body and receiving the reflected wave of the ultrasonic wave from the organ to be measured and a plurality of receiving elements 3 disposed in the periphery of the ultrasonic probe 2 to receive the reflected wave of the ultrasonic wave to the peripheral region of the ultrasonic probe 2.
