PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for creating an ophthalmologic treatment schedule allowing an examiner to set an appropriate treatment schedule according to an individual difference of a patient.SOLUTION: This apparatus for creating a retina treatment schedule includes: an input means for inputting examination data of the retina of a patients eye examined with an ophthalmologic examination device an estimation information acquiring means that acquires time-series data related to measurement data on the basis of the measurement data for every examination date that has been input by the input means and acquires as estimation information, the time-series data related to future measurement data on the basis of change characteristics of the measurement data in the time-series data a guide information acquiring means that specifies a period when the measurement data which has been acquired by the estimation information acquiring means, satisfies prescribed permissible conditions of examination data for specifying a next treatment time and outputs the next treatment time to the examiner as guide information and an output means for outputting the guide information that has been acquired by the guide information acquiring means.
