PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitively evaluate the disturbance degree of a biometric rhythm.SOLUTION: The disturbance degree calculation device for a biometric rhythm has: a physiological parameter time-series data acquisition unit for acquiring physiological parameter time-series data calculated on the basis of the biometric signal of a subject； a calculation period determination unit for determining a calculation period, which is to be a length of time of roughly one-half of a period over which normal physiological parameter time-series data which have been calculated on the basis of the normal biometric signal vary； a calculation unit for calculating, for the calculation period, the shift amount between phases of inspection-time physiological parameter time-series data calculated on the basis of the biometric signal at inspection time, and the normal physiological parameter time-series data； and a disturbance degree determination unit for determining the disturbance degree of the biometric rhythm at the inspection time of the subject on the basis of the shift amount between the phases.【課題】生体リズムの乱れ度を定量的に評価する。【解決手段】生体リズムの乱れ度算出装置は、被験者の生体信号から算出された生理指標時系列データを取得する生理指標時系列データ取得部と、通常時の前記生体信号から算出された通常時生理指標時系列データが変動する周期の概ね２分の１の時間長となる算出期間を決定する算出期間決定部と、前記算出期間において、検査時の前記生体信号から算出された検査時生理指標時系列データと、前記通常時生理指標時系列データとの位相のずれ量を算出する算出部と、前記位相のずれ量に基づいて、前記被験者の前記検査時における生体リズムの乱れ度を決定する乱れ度決定部と、を有する。【選択図】図３
