A tooth movement method using an oral cavity scanner and a 3D printer includes: a step for scanning an oral cavity of a patient by using the oral cavity scanner； a step for performing, by a dental terminal, an orthodontic process by using the scanned oral cavity data； a step for generating and outputting, by the 3D printer, an orthodontic model after a server transmits patient&prime；s orthodontic data, obtained by the orthodontic process, to the 3D printer； a step for generating a transparent brace by vacuum-compressing a transparent synthetic resin plate onto the generated orthodontic model by using a vacuum molding device； and a step for coating, with transparent silicone, an area where the transparent brace comes in contact with gum and teeth. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an accurate prediction digital orthodontic data set can be generated by reflecting characteristics of a patient； the brace can be tightly attached to teeth and also can come in soft and tight contact with the teeth as the inside of the synthetic plate is coated with the transparent silicone. Therefore, an orthodontic effect can be increased and gum can be protected.본 발명에 따른 구강스캐너 및 3차원 프린터를 이용한 치아 이동 방법은, 구강 스캐너를 이용하여 환자의 구강을 스캔하는 단계； 상기 스캔된 구강 데이터를 이용하여 치과 단말이 교정처리를 하는 단계； 서버가 환자의 교정 처리된 치아 교정 데이터를 3차원 인쇄기에 송신하고, 상기 3차원 인쇄기가 치아 교정 모델을 생성출력하는 단계와； 진공 성형기를 통해 상기 생성된 치아 교정 모델에 투명 합성수지 플레이트를 진공 압착하여 투명 교정기를 생성하는 단계； 상기 투명 교정기가 잇몸 및 치아와 접촉되는 부위에 투명 실리콘으로 코팅을 하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 환자의 특성을 반영하여 정확한 예측 디지털 교정 데이터 세트를 생성할 수 있다. 또한, 치아에 견고하게 밀착이 되도록 하고, 합성플레이트 내부에 투명 실리콘으로 코팅을 하여 치아에 부드럽게 밀착이 되도록 하여 교정효과를 높이고 잇몸을 보호할 수 있다.
