The present invention relates to a device for generating transparent brace data, comprising: a first module receiving data on a current tooth state of a patient from a scanning device which three dimensionally scans the current tooth state of the patient； a second module generating three dimensional data for teeth before correction and an appearance near the teeth based on the scanning data on the current tooth state of the patient received by the first module； a third module generating three dimensional data on final corrected teeth determined through consultation between the patient and a dentist； a fourth module generating three dimensional intermediate corrected teeth data between the three dimensional teeth data before correction and the three dimensional final corrected teeth data based on the final corrected teeth data and a correction period determined through the consultation between the patient and the dentist； a fifth module formed to surround surface of intermediate corrected teeth and final corrected teeth represented by the three dimensional intermediate corrected teeth data and the three dimensional final corrected teeth data, and generating three dimensional data on a transparent brace having thickness determined by the dentist； a sixth module correcting the three dimensional data on the transparent brace to change thickness distribution or a three dimensional structure for each tooth of the transparent brace formed from the three dimensional data on the transparent brace generated by the fifth module； and a seventh module transmitting the three dimensional data on the transparent brace, corrected by the sixth module, to a transparent brace manufacturing apparatus.
