The body comprises an electric coagulation head, a switch unit and a power supply. One end of the electric coagulation head is connected with one end of the switch unit. The other end of the switch unit is connected with the power supply. One end of the electric coagulation head is connected with the power supply through the switch unit. The switch unit controls connection and disconnection between the power supply and the electric coagulation head. A heating wire is arranged on the replaceable cutter head. The replaceable cutter head is detachably connected with the other end of the electric coagulation head. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the cautery is simple in structure, easy to realize.
