PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degassed and packaged frozen Sushi for which a thawing time can be shortened and which is suitable for thawing by a microwave oven enabling mass production.SOLUTION: The degassed and packaged frozen Sushi 1 matching with the microwave oven includes a plastic packaging bag 2 the interior of which is formed into a pressure-reduced state with 50-600 mmHg pressure, and which is sealed, a plastic box 4 arranged in the plastic packaging bag and opened upward, a laminated metal foil 9 arranged at the bottom part of the plastic box, and Sushi 3 arranged in the plastic box so that the laminated metal foil may keep contact with the ingredients. The inner surface of the plastic packaging bag keeps contact with the cooked rice part 12 of the Sushi, and the plastic packaging bag, the plastic box, the laminated metal foil and the Sushi are integrally formed by being frozen in combination.
