PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for cosmetics and cosmetics which are excellent in moisturizing effect to skin cells than that of conventional lactic acid bacteria, and excellent in also safety.SOLUTION: A fungus body or a culture medium of a Lactobacilluscrispatus KT-11 strain (FERM P-21457) treated with enzyme has an excellent moisturizing effect to skin cells. The composition for cosmetics and cosmetics use this.
