To provide an artificial hip joint replacement instrument that implements high accuracy and reproducibility, while reducing a load on a patient, with respect to a cup installation in dorsal position surgery of artificial hip joint replacement.SOLUTION: An artificial hip joint replacement instrument to be used for dorsal position surgery of artificial hip joint replacement comprises: a cup holding member 13 for holding a cup 20 constituting an artificial hip joint； an angular adjustment member 12 having one end on which the cup holding member 13 is fixed to adjust a holding angle of the cup 20； a coupling member 11 that has one end connected to part of the angular adjustment member 12 and has a first grip part 11a at the other end to be gripped by an operator； and a reference member 10 that is connected to part of the coupling member 11, has a second grip part 10a to be gripped by an operator, and has a linear part 10b as part of the reference member. In the case of arranging an axis Aof the linear part 10b of the reference member 10 so as to be in parallel with a body axis Aof a patient, the cup holding member 13 holds an outward opening angle θand front opening angle θ, angles formed by the body axis Aand a center axis Aof the cup 20 in a hemispherical shell shape, at set angles individually.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】人工股関節置換術の仰臥位手術におけるカップ設置について、患者への負担を低減しつつ、正確性及び再現性の高い人工股関節置換術用器具を提供する。【解決手段】人工股関節置換術の仰臥位手術に用いる人工股関節置換術用器具であって、人工股関節を構成するカップ２０を保持するカップ保持部材１３と、カップ保持部材１３を一端部に固定し、カップ２０の保持角度を調整する角度調整部材１２と、角度調整部材１２の一部と接続され、他端部に術者が把持する第１把持部１１ａを有する連結部材１１と、連結部材１１の一部と接続され、術者が把持する第２把持部１０ａを有し、少なくとも一部に直線部１０ｂを有する基準部材１０とを備え、カップ保持部材１３は、基準部材１０の直線部１０ｂの軸Ａ１と患者の体軸Ａ２とを平行となるように配置した際に、半球殻状のカップ２０の中心軸Ａ３と体軸Ａ２とによりなす角である外開き角θ１及び前開き角θ２をそれぞれ設定角度に保持する、人工股関節置換術用器具。【選択図】図１
