PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canula, when a surgical instrument or the like is moved, inhibiting the canula from being easily removed from an eyeball, even when a base of the canula comes into contact with the eyeball, preventing the eyeball from being damaged, and capable of inhibiting a pipe from coming off from the base.SOLUTION: A canula 10 used with it inserted into an eyeball in ophthalmic surgery, includes a metal pipe 11 to be inserted into an eyeball A and a base 12 that is joined with one end side of the pipe and formed of a material with plasticity.
