The present invention relates to a method for exercising a face and an apparatus thereof and, more specifically, to a method for exercising a face and an apparatus thereof, which detects a movement of a normal area in a facial left side or a facial right side, gives a movement stimulus to a paralytic abnormal area by synchronizing the detected movement, and thus can help rehabilitation treatment of the paralytic abnormal area by forcibly moving the abnormal area with respect to the symmetrical movement of the normal area.본 발명은 안면 운동 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 얼굴의 좌측 또는 우측 중 정상 부위의 움직임을 감지하고 감지한 움직임에 동기화하여 마비된 비정상 부위에 움직임 자극을 부여함으로써, 정상 부위의 움직임에 대칭적으로 비정상 부위를 강제로 움직여 마비된 비정상 부위의 재활 치료를 도울 수 있는 안면 운동 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다.
