PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiography device capable of photographing various radiation images.SOLUTION: A radiation detector 20 is formed so that the amount of warpage is within a predetermined acceptable range at around the upper or lower limit of a temperature range that is usable for photographing.
