PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a similar case browsing system or the like suitable for medical institutions.SOLUTION: An interpretation terminal 10 creates a medical diagnostic report based on medical images acquired from a medical image database server 210. A medical diagnostic report server 100 has: a similar case searching part 115 which creates a vector space model corresponding to the medical diagnostic report to search for similar medical diagnostic reports a similar case browsing history recording part 116 which records and manages the browsing history of the similar medical diagnostic reports and a similar case browsing history display part 117 which displays the information on medical diagnostic reports being the browsing source of the similar medical diagnostic reports on the interpretation terminal.
