PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet directly pasted on a skin, pressing the pasting face of the sheet and simultaneously performing lift-up, thus increasing a skin stimulation effect, further reducing the rash in the sticking face of the sheet and increasing a heat insulation effect.SOLUTION: The pasting sheet has a structure where a network baffle plate 2 is pasted on the side of the adhesion face in a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 1.
