The invention provides a human interleukin II mutant and use thereof in the preparation of medicament. The mutant comprises any one or more mutations at site of 37, 38, 41-45, 61, 62, 65, 68, 72, 80, 81, 85, 86 and 92 in the amino acid sequence of human interleukin II, and preferably comprises SEQ ID NO.3.Linvention concerne une interleukine II mutante humaine et son utilisation dans la préparation dun médicament.
