PURPOSE: A bleeding preventing member and a bleeding preventing bone screw including the same are provided to prevent bleeding from a gap between a surface of a screw and a bone after the screw is inserted into the bone. CONSTITUTION: A bone screw(100) is constituted with a head(1), a screw(2), and a bleeding preventing member(3). The head forms a mounting hole(11) where a mounting head(21) is mounted. The mounting hole is formed so that the mounting head is hooked. The screw includes the mounting head mounted in the mounting hole and a screw part(22) fixed to the bone. The bleeding preventing member forms a penetrated hole(31). The diameter of a bottom of the penetrated hole has the size in which the bleeding preventing member adheres to a neck of the mounting head.본 발명은 출혈 방지을 위한 뼈 나사못에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 한 실시예에 따른 뼈 나사못은 헤드와 상기 헤드에 연결된 스크루를 구비하고 뼈에 고정되고, 상기 헤드와 상기 스크루의 연결부위에는 둘레 방향으로 출혈방지부재가 장착되어 있고, 상기 출혈방지부재는 상기 스크루에 밀착되는 관통홀이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따른 뼈 나사못에 의하면, 뼈에 나사못을 삽입한 이후 나사못의 표면과 뼈 사이의 간극을 통한 출혈을 방지할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
