The present invention relates to a screw assembly for fixing bones, which comprises the following: an anchor (100) comprising a screw unit (110) which includes screw threads to be fixed to bones and a head (120) fixed to a plate and a set screw (200) fixing the anchor to the plate, thereby fixing the plate to the bones. The head (120) of the anchor includes: a side surface (122) formed in the shape of a first arc having a first radius (R) an upper surface (124) facing the set screw and a contact rotation unit (128) protruding from the center of the upper surface toward the upper side, and having the center (C) of the first arc therein.
