The present invention relates to a device for estimating a material in blood in a non-invasive method. According to an embodiment, the device for estimating a material in blood comprises: a light source configured to emit light to a skin； a detector arranged from the light source with a different distance to detect optical signals returned from the skin； and a processing unit configured to calculate similarity between the optical signals detected by the detector and estimate blood materials based on the calculated similarity.비침습적인 방식으로 혈액 내의 물질을 추정하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 일 양상예에 따르면, 혈중 물질 추정 장치는 피부에 광을 조사하는 광원과 광원으로부터 서로 다른 거리에 배치되어 피부로부터 되돌아오는 광신호를 검출하는 검출기 및 검출기에 의해 검출된 광신호들 간의 유사도를 계산하고, 계산된 유사도를 기초로 혈중 물질을 추정하는 처리부를 포함할 수 있다.
