FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to the means and methods for controlling robotics and agricultural machinery for processing cropping zones based on monitoring data. Method comprises aerial photography of at least one cropping zone based on which a set of images characterizing at least one type of plant culture is obtained. NDVI map is formed on the basis of the survey data mentioned, showing the health status of the sown crops, said condition being determined based on a comparison of the indices of the NDVI map obtained with the reference health indicators corresponding to one or more types of crops. At least one crop treatment zone, a treatment type and a plant treatment plan, including the route of movement of the automated plant treatment agent for each respective zone based on said health culture data. Transfer said data on the crop treatment zone and the corresponding treatment to at least one automated plant treatment means. Certain kind of treatment of plants in the said zone is carried out by means of said automated means. System comprises at least one means for performing aerial survey of crop zones, adapted to produce images of said crops, at least one data processing means configured to: on the basis of the aerial images obtained, determine the type of at least one plant culture; form the NDVI map based on the above survey data, showing the state of health of the sown crops, based on a comparison of the indices of the NDVI map obtained with the reference health indicators corresponding to one or more types of crops; determine at least one crop processing zone, a treatment type and a plant treatment plan, including the route of movement of the automated plant treatment agent for each respective zone based on said health culture data; transmit said data on the crop treatment zone and the corresponding processing to at least one automated plant treatment means adapted to process the plants
