PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment toothbrush generating bubbles in a periodontal pocket.SOLUTION: An attachment brush for an electric brush includes a handle 7 mounted to an electric brush body 1 or 44, and a brush tip attached to and removed from the handle. In the handle of the attachment brush, a brush tip holding/fitting hole is provided on the front end side, the brush tip holding/fitting hole is formed in a direction crossing the axial direction of the handle, and a brush of the brush tip mounted to the handle, is oriented in the same direction as the axis 16 of the fitting hole. In the brush tip, a base portion has a base part fixedly inserted into the fitting hole, and a front end having a frustum 13, and a soft bristle tuft is implanted into the frustum.
