An abutment is inserted in the recess of the base body, where the abutment has hole for receiving the holding screw, and has a fixing head for dentures. The holding screw is inserted in the blind hole of the base body. The recess of the base body is formed as hollow truncated cone with a circular surface. The abutment has a truncated cone.
