The light source water cooling-type endoscope system comprises: an endoscope handpiece including an optical guide tube and an image sensor obtaining an image in an object transmitted through the optical guide tube and a main body including a process unit processing an image transmitted from the image sensor. The endoscope handpiece includes an LED light source providing light for the inside of the light guide tube to illuminate the inside of the object. A light source water cooling type unit is provided in the main body to perform water cooling on the LED light source. The light source water cooling unit includes a cooling water circulation line, and a cooling water tank and a water pump installed in the cooling water circulation line. The cooling water circulation line includes a cooling water supply hose and a cooling water return hose.
