CPAP MASK AND NPPV MASK PROVIDED WITH NOTCH OR HOLE FOR MOUNTING DEW CONDENSATION WATER ABSORBING AND RETAINING NONWOVEN FABRIC, AND CPAP MASK AND NPPV MASK MOUNTED WITH DEW CONDENSATION WATER ABSORBING AND RETAINING NONWOVEN FABRIC
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CPAP mask and an NPPV mask as a CPAP mask to be used for treatment of a sleep apnea syndrome, and an NPPV mask to be used for a non-invasive positive pressure ventilation therapy, allowing mounting a dew condensation water absorbing and retaining nonwoven fabric which prevents water droplets generated due to dew-condensation of wetting components contained in respiration gas and wetting components contained in respiration gas of a user himself/herself inside the mask from dropping and invading to the face and nostril of a patient, and also controls humidity of respiration gas.SOLUTION: A mask 1 (CPAP mask, NPPV mask) is provided with a notch or hole 2 for mounting a dew condensation water absorbing and retaining nonwoven fabric 3, as shown in figure 1. The dew condensation water absorbing and retaining nonwoven fabric 3 is mounted by using the notch or the hole 2 so as to absorb and retain dew condensation water generated inside the mask 1, and prevent water droplets generated due to dew condensation inside the mask 1 from dropping and invading to the face or nostril of a user of the mask 1. Humidity of respiration gas is controlled by the dew condensation water absorbing and retaining nonwoven fabric 3 mounted on the mask 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】 睡眠時無呼吸症候群の治療に使用するCPAPマスク，非侵襲的陽圧換気療法に使用するNPPVマスクであって、呼吸用気体に含まれる湿潤成分及び使用者自身の呼吸気体に含まれる湿潤成分がマスク内部に結露して生じる水滴が、患者の顔面や鼻孔内へ落下及び侵入することを防止すると共に呼吸気体の調湿を行う結露水吸水保水不織布を装着することができるCPAPマスク、NPPVマスクを提供する。【解決手段】 マスク1（CPAPマスク、NPPVマスク）に図１のように結露水吸水保水不織布3を装着するための切込又は穴2を設け、この切込又は穴2を用いて結露水吸水保水不織布3を装着し、マスク1内部に発生する結露水を吸水及び保水し、マスク1内部に結露して生じる水滴がマスク1の使用者の顔面や鼻孔内へ落下及び侵入することを防止する。また、マスク1に装着の結露水吸水保水不織布3により呼吸気体の調湿を行う。【選択図】図１
