The present invention relates to a capsule endoscope having a punch biopsy member and an operating system thereof. The capsule endoscope of the present invention can control movement without a separate trigger device, and thus can collect and store biological tissue in the digestive organs. Without using a wire endoscope and additional tools, biological tissues can be collected more simply by controlling only the size and direction of the magnetic field from the outside.본 발명은 펀치 생검 부재를 갖는 캡슐내시경 및 이의 작동 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 캡슐내시경은 별도의 트리거 장치 없이 움직임을 제어할 수 있으면서, 소화기관 내 생체 조직의 채취 및 보관이 가능하므로, 일반 유선 내시경 및 추가적인 도구 등의 사용 없이도, 외부에서 자기장의 크기 및 방향만을 제어하여 보다 간편하게 생체 조직을 채취할 수 있다.
