The invention provides an infrared emitter, including a battery a stage having a groove formed in the middle thereof and a plurality of holes formed on the groove a resistance fuse disposed penetrating the holes and wound around the stage, one end of the resistance fuse electrically connected to the negative electrode of the battery while the other end being connected with the positive electrode thereof and an infrared chip disposed on the groove of the stage and in direct contact with the resistance fuse, wherein heat is generated when the electric current of the battery flows through the resistance fuse so that the stage and the infrared chip can be heated to enable the infrared chip to emit infrared rays.
