PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: when brightness and wavelengths of light reflected on a treatment tool and light reflected on an internal organ in time of in-vivo observation are equal, both can be clearly viewed, so that an object not desired to be observed becomes a disturbance element and on the contrary with a fiber single body, even when desiring to perform the observation, transparency is too high to perform the observation in amniotic fluid.SOLUTION: An endoscope system is provided with a light of a wavelength at least partially different from a wavelength of a light for observing the inside of a body as illumination light for treatment tool observation, an intensity of the light for treatment tool observation can be independently adjusted, and a treatment tool is made of a light-transmitting material. Visibility of the treatment tool in a wavelength range of the illumination light for the treatment tool observation is relatively enhanced than visibility of the treatment tool in an in-vivo-observing wavelength range.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】処置具での反射光と体内観察時の臓器での反射光の明るさ、波長が同じ場合、どちらも鮮明に見えて観察したくないものが妨害要素となっていた。また羊水中では逆にファイバー単体では、観察したくとも、透明度が高く見えないという課題があった。【解決手段】体内を観察するための波長と、一部でも違う波長の光を処置具観察用の照明光として備え、強度を独立に調整できて、透光性材料からなる処置具であって、処置具観察用の照明光の波長範囲の処置具の視認性を体内観察用の波長範囲の処置具の視認性に対して相対的に高くする。【選択図】図1
