Provided are a method and apparatus for identifying the state of motion of a human body. The method comprises: arranging in a wearable device a triaxial acceleration sensor and a human-body physical-sign sensor (S110); according to an acceleration signal collected by the triaxial acceleration sensor, determining the human body to be in a walking state, calculating the number of steps taken by the walking body, and calculating the walking pace according to number of walking steps (S120); calculating, according to the physical-sign signal collected by the body physical-sign sensor, the corresponding physical-sign frequency during the process of walking (S130); comparing the calculated walking pace and physical-sign frequency to a pace threshold and physical-sign frequency threshold, respectively; if the walking pace is greater than the pace threshold and the physical-sign frequency is greater than the physical-sign frequency threshold, then determining that the state of motion of the body is a running state and recording the calculated number of walking steps as a number of running steps; otherwise, determining that the state of motion of the body is a walking state and recording the calculated number of walking steps as a number of walked steps (S140). In the present method and apparatus, it is possible to effectively distinguish a walking state and running state from the states of walking.L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil permettant d'identifier l'état de mouvement d'un corps humain.
