The method of claim 1, wherein the deformable model is selected from a database structure stored in a memory (108).3. The method of claim 1, wherein the anatomical structure of interest is a portion of the brain, and the method further comprises the step ofdetermining the deviation from the average value of peaks in symmetrical normal structure of interest to determine the pathology and displaying deviation to show deformation in the portion of the brain.7.
