The legs (13) extend in such a manner that the legs (13) spread outward from the periphery of the seat (10) and are gradually tapered. When embedding and affixing the mini-screw (2) to the jawbone or the like in a mouth, the thread (3) is screwed into the jawbone or the like while being inserted through the hole (11) of the fastening force maintaining device (1). As a result, a flange (7) is received by the seat (10), and the tips of the three legs (13) are in pressure contact with the surface of the jawbone or the like by being pressed by the flange (7).
