The present invention provides an electronic acupuncture needle for oriental medicine, capable of providing a concentrative electric stimulation onto an affected part without extra power supply by preventing the prevention of electrons dispersing around skin. To achieve the purpose, the present invention includes: a needle body and a needle tip； a needle grip able to be controlled by a hand； and a photoelectric conversion part electrically connected to the needle grip to deliver a current, generated through photoelectric conversion, to the needle tip. As such, the present invention is capable of providing an electric stimulation to an affected part without external power supply through photoelectric conversion, providing a concentrative electric stimulation on the affected part by preventing the conduction of electrons spreading around skin, and simplifying the formation of an acupuncture device by controlling the intensity of the electric stimulation under through the control of light quantity.본 발명은 외부의 전원공급 없이 전기자극을 환부에 제공하고, 피부 주변으로 분산되는 전자의 전도를 차단하여 환부에 집중적인 전기자극을 제공할 수 있는 한방용 전자 침을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 인체 내부로 삽입되는 침첨 및 침체와, 손으로 조작할 수 있는 침병을 구비하고, 상기 침병에 전기적으로 접속하여 광전변환(光電變換)을 통해 생성된 전류를 상기 침첨으로 전달하는 광전변환부를 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 광전변환을 이용하여 외부의 전원공급 없이 전기자극을 환부에 제공할 수 있고, 피부 주변으로 분산되는 전자의 전도를 차단하여 환부에 집중적인 전기자극을 제공할 수 있으며, 광원의 광량 제어를 통해 전기자극의 세기를 제어할 수 있어서 침의 시술을 위한 장치 구성을 간단하게 구성할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
