PURPOSE: A leg holder is provided to rapidly relieve fatigue by selecting body condition of a user, optimal acupressure, and massage. CONSTITUTION: A leg holder comprises: a cushion rod(10) of a cylindrical shape consisting of an elastic body； a pair of support stands(11) of an L-shape which are fixed to both ends of the cushion rod； a pair of frames(20) having an incline； a stage(40) fixed to the upper part of the incline of a pair of frames； and an acupressure device(30) which is installed between frames. The frame is equipped with a height adjustment screw groove and a horizontal adjustment screw.본 발명의 목적은 하나의 다리거치대에 마련된 발바닥 전용 지압장치와 이 다리거치대에 결합된 발목 뒷부분 안마 및 다리거치용 안마쿠션을 이용하여 사용자의 혈액순환을 촉진시킬 수 있고 책상이나 소파에 착좌한 상태에서도 스트레칭이 가능하게 하여 종아리 근육의 이완을 통한 신속한 피로회복을 가능하게 하는 지압장치가 마련된 다리거치대를 제공하는 데 있다.본 발명의 지압장치가 마련된 다리거치대는 탄성체로 구성된 원통형상의 쿠션봉(10)과, 상기 쿠션봉의 양단부에 고정되는 한 쌍의 L형상의 지지대(11)와, 상기 지지대가 각각 고정되며 전저후고(前低後高) 형상의 경사면(21)을 갖는 한 쌍의 프레임(20)과, 상기 한 쌍의 프레임의 경사면 상부에 고정되는 발판(40,41)과, 상기 발판의 앞쪽으로 양 프레임 사이에 설치되는 발바닥 전용의 지압장치(30)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
