The irrigator for surgery of the present invention comprises: a main body to which a cleaning solution supply hose connected to a cleaning solution storage part and a foreign matter collection hose connected to a vacuum suction device are coupled； a nozzle having a cleaning solution spraying part connected to the cleaning solution supply hose and a vacuum suction part connected to the foreign matter collection hose, and detachably coupled to the front end of the main body； a cone-shaped antisplashing member coupled to the front end of the nozzle to be connected to the cleaning solution spraying part and the vacuum suction part, and guiding the cleaning solution sprayed from the cleaning solution spraying part in the cleaning of a surgical site of a patient and foreign matters, such as bones, blood, and others, removed from joints to the vacuum suction part； and a sterilization part coupled to the antisplashing member to simultaneously clean and sterilize the surgical site so as to prevent the bacterial infection of the surgical site.
