The present invention relates to a surgical handle which can easily operate a suction and drain button and a washing liquid supply button. The handle for operating the surgical suction and drain button and the washing liquid supply button includes: a first hose executing a suction and drain function； a second hose executing a washing liquid supply function； a first button for opening the first hose； a second button for opening the second hose； a first opening and closing means for opening or closing the first hose； and a second opening and closing means for opening and closing the second hose. The first and second opening and closing means have a predetermined length, have sides coupled with the first and second buttons, and have the other sides come in contact with the first and second hoses. A hinge fixing unit is arranged between the ends of the first and second opening and closing means while opening or closing the first and second hoses.
