PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance function inspection device capable of always accurately measuring delay time until an eyeball responds after receiving visual stimulation.SOLUTION: A balance function inspection device 100 acquires movement data on an eyeball in a balance function inspection. The balance function inspection device 100 comprises: an imaging device an image fetching unit a visual target creation unit a visual target presentation unit and a control unit. The visual target creation unit creates a visual target for being visually recognized by a subject. The visual target presentation unit switches whether or not to present the visual target created by the visual target creation unit to the subject, and changes a position of the visual target. The control unit fetches an image in the image fetching unit and controls the presentation or position change of the visual target and the position of the visual target.
