The cranial drilling device (1) comprising: - at least a substantially tubular stopping member (2) having an end supporting portion (4) positionable in contact on the surface of a skull； - at least a milling device (3) with a first end fitted with a hollow cutter (5) and with a second end fitted with an attachment element (6) able to connect said milling device (3) to a rotating spindle, said hollow cutter (5) being at least partly fitted rotatable in said stopping member (2)； - adjusting means (9, 14, 15, 16, 17) able to adjust the position of said hollow cutter (5) with respect to said stopping member (2).
