The invention relates to an orthopaedic pillow for skull and face protection, intended for areas containing lesions resulting from surgery or an accident or which, for any other reason, require isolation to prevent contact in any area of the skull or face. The pillow is formed by a padded hood into which the user inserts his/her head and has the advantage of allowing different heights as the user rotates about the axis of his/her body while lying down, optimising the sleeping posture in any position. In this way, the back, neck and head are always aligned, thereby removing the risk of muscle strains and wry neck, owing to the design which includes walls made of different thicknesses. The pillow protects lesions in areas affected by surgery of, or an accident to the face and skull, or which, for any other reason, require isolation to prevent contact in any area of the user's skull or face. This is achieved by virtue of the structure of the pillow and the numerous options to include ope nings depending on the areas to be protected against contact.
