PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of jiggling a knee for the purpose of maintaining health as people who have difficulty in walking and who therefore require nursing care are increasing in the vehicle society coupled with the aged society that adversely affect walking opportunity.SOLUTION: A device of jiggling a knee as shown in Fig. 1 was contrived as an aid and means for solving problems of increased people who require nursing care. So-called nervous jiggling of a knee is immediately effective in health maintenance such as a solution for leg swelling, prevention for coxarthrosis, prevention for pulmonary embolism, and relieving of poor circulation. Also, there is data that the jiggling has overwhelmingly more kinetic momentum in the calf compared with walking, and has more immediate effectiveness. Use of the device is simple, in which a person sits on a chair, with the calf actively and vertically moved by a repulsive force of a spring. A bedridden person can also use the device by making it stand against the wall near the feet. Since the device is small and can be extremely easily used, it can contribute, through training of the legs, to reduction of people who need nursing care.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】車社会プラス高齢化社会において歩く事が減少し歩行困難な人が増加して要介護者が増加しているので健康保持は極めて重要な課題となっています。【解決の手段】上記の課題を解決する1助として、図1にみる貧乏ゆすり器を考案しました。貧乏ゆすりは健康保持において、足のむくみ解消、変形性股関節症の予防肺塞栓症の予防、冷え性、又ふらはぎの運動量が歩行より圧倒的に多い等のデーターがあり更に即効性があり、使用法が簡単で椅子に腰掛けてバネの反発力でふとももを大きく上下に動かします。また寝たきりの人にも足元の壁に立てかけて使用する事が出来ます。小型で極めて簡単に使用出来るので足を鍛える事によって要介護者の減少に貢献出来ものである。【選択図】図1
