PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application container filled with a cosmetic which applies a cosmetic to a target part in a concentrated manner, and improves percutaneous absorption of a medical property to enhance the actual feeling of permeation of the medical property, the efficacy of the medical property, and the sense of use.SOLUTION: The application container filled with a cosmetic in which the cosmetic is filled in the application container 1, the application container 1 includes: a container body 10 containing the cosmetic an ejection portion 20 mounted to the top end of the container body 10, and ejecting the cosmetic when the container body 10 is inverted and a brush tuft 30 standing to surround the ejecting portion 20. The brush tuft 30 has an end positioned forward from the top end of the ejection portion 20, and is in contact with the top end of a side surface 20a of the ejection portion 20.
