PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for a pharmaceutical composition that can swallow with a simple operation a pharmaceutical composition other than that contained beforehand in the container, and decreases a patients resistance to swallowing the same.SOLUTION: The container for the pharmaceutical composition 400 is provided with a container body 402. The container body 402 has a generic auxiliary substance chamber 424 and a boundary portion 445. A swallowing assistance substance is contained in the generic auxiliary substance chamber 424 in advance. The boundary portion 445 seals the end of the generic auxiliary substance chamber 424. The container for the pharmaceutical composition 400 is provided with a passage unit 404 in addition to the container body 402. The passage unit 404 has an opposite opening 470 and a passage opening 472. The opposite opening 470 is across from the boundary portion 445.
