Disclosed is a hair dyeing method wherein a hair dye composition having a first agent including an alkaline agent and a second agent including a oxidizing agent, wherein at least one of the first agent and second agent includes a surfactant, impregnates a structural body including a flexible porous material with an apparent density of 15 - 70 kg/m3 and a hardness of 50 - 250 N.
