Disclosed is a rice washer in the present invention. The present invention enables to surely wash the surface of rice when doing a rice washing work, and to separate various kinds of impurities such as sand, stone, etc. mixed in rice. Also, when discharging the rice which the impurities are separated from, the discharge makes the rice not concentrated by water pressure but dispersed. Therefore, the present invention enables to hygienically and simply wash the rice, and to improve a texture when cooking the washed rice and a texture of processed food such as rice, rice cake, rice wine (Makgeolli), bread, etc. using the washed rice. The rice washer comprises: a washer main body； a wicker tray portion； a driving portion； a rotary shaft portion； washing wings； a washing water jetting portion； and a dispersion portion.본 발명은 쌀 세척기를 개시한 것으로, 이러한 본 발명은 쌀 세척 작업시 쌀의 표면 세척과 쌀에 섞여져 있는 각종 이물질(예； 모래, 돌 등)의 분리가 확실하게 이루어지도록 함은 물론, 이물질이 분리된 쌀을 배출시 그 배출이 수압에 의해 뭉치지 않고 분산되도록 구성한 것이며, 이에따라 쌀을 위생적이고 간편하게 세척하여, 세척된 쌀로 밥을 지을 때의 식감(識鑑)은 물론, 세척된 쌀을 이용한 가공식품(예； 밥, 떡, 막걸리, 빵 등)의 식감을 높인 것이다.
