PURPOSE: A troca apparatus is provided to include a sealing unit having a bushing unit, a guide pipe unit, a body unit, and a triple leaflet structure, to easily manipulate a surgical instrument by minimizing a contact area between a surgical area and the sealing unit in order to reduce drag, and to prevent taking the troca apparatus out of an abdomen when removing the surgical instrument during a laparoscope operation. CONSTITUTION: A troca apparatus(10) for a laparoscope operation includes a bushing unit(100), a guide pipe unit(200), a body unit(300), and a sealing unit(400). The busing unit forms a hole for the laparoscope operation to be inserted inside an abdomen. The guide pipe unit inserted inside the abdomen with the bushing unit guides a surgical instrument. The body unit combined to an upper part of the guide pipe unit combines the bushing unit and the guide pipe unit. The sealing unit having a triple leaflet structure prevents a gas injected in the abdomen from leaking by sealing an outer periphery of the surgical instrument arranged in the body unit to be inserted inside the abdomen.본 발명은 트로카 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 복부 내로 삽입하여 복강경 수술을 위한 구멍을 형성하기 위한 투관부(100), 상기 투관부(100)와 함께 복부 내로 삽입되어 수술기구를 안내하기 위한 유도관부(200), 상기 유도관부(200)의 상부와 결합되어 상기 투관부(100)와 상기 유도관부(200)를 결합시키기 위한 몸체부(300), 및 트리플 리플렛(triple leaflet) 구조를 가지며 상기 몸체부(300)의 내부에 배치되어 삽입 관통되는 수술기구의 외주연을 밀폐하여 가스가 유출되지 않도록 하는 실링부(400)를 포함하는 것을 그 구성상의 특징으로 한다.본 발명에서 제안하고 있는 트로카 장치에 따르면, 투관부(100), 유도관부(200), 몸체부(300), 및 트리플 리플렛(triple leaflet) 구조를 가진 실링부(400)를 포함함으로써, 실링부(400)와 수술기구와의 접촉 면적을 최소하여 발생되는 항력의 크기를 최소화할 수 있어 수술기구의 조작이 용이하고, 수술기구를 제거할 때 트로카 장치가 복부에서 딸려 나오지 않도록 할 수 있다.또한, 실링부(400)가 수술기구의 외주연을 완전히 밀폐시킴으로써 가스가 유출되지 않도록 할 수 있다.
