PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool an inner part of a rotation mechanism efficiently.SOLUTION: A frame device includes: a rotation frame a fixing mechanism and a blowing mechanism. The rotation frame includes: an X-ray tube and an X-ray detector detecting an X-ray radiated from the X-ray tube. The fixing mechanism supports the rotation frame so as to be rotated with a rotation shaft as a center. The blowing mechanism is arranged on a side face of the rotation frame on an outer peripheral side with respect to the rotation shaft and sends air suctioned from an outer part of the rotation frame to the rotation shaft side of the rotation frame.
