PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means forming a micro-flow passage structure having micro-flow passages like a blood capillary network in a short time.SOLUTION: Provided is a micro-flow passage structure formed by: a step where a core component including gelatin and a sheath component including the alkali metal salt of alginic acid are co-extruded in a fiber forming liquid including divalent cations heated at 25°C, and gelatin core-sheath fiber having the core part including gelatin and the sheath part including the divalent cation salt of alginic acid is taken-up from the fiber forming liquid so as to be spun a step where the gelatin core-sheath fiber and a chelate agent or an alginic acid hydrolytic enzyme are contacted to dissolve the sheath part, thus gelatin fiber having a diameter of 2 to 25 μm is obtained a step where the gelatin fiber is immersed into one or more kinds of gelling agent selected from collagen and fibrin a step where gelling agent immersed with the gelatin fiber is gelled to burry the gelatin fiber and a step where the gelatin fiber buried in the gel is dissolved at a temperature exceeding 25°C to form micro-flow passages into the gel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】毛細血管網様の微小流路を有する微小流路構造体を短時間で形成させる手段を提供する。【解決手段】微小流路構造体は、ゼラチンを含む芯成分と、アルギン酸のアルカリ金属塩を含む鞘成分とを、25℃以下の温度の二価陽イオンを含む繊維形成液中に共押出して、ゼラチンを含む芯部とアルギン酸の二価陽イオン塩を含む鞘部とを有するゼラチン芯鞘繊維を、繊維形成液から引取り紡糸する工程;ゼラチン芯鞘繊維とキレート剤又はアルギン酸加水分解酵素とを接触させて鞘部を溶解し、2~25μmの直径を有するゼラチン繊維を得る工程;ゼラチン繊維を、コラーゲン及びフィブリンからなる群より選択される1種以上のゲル化剤に浸漬する工程;ゼラチン繊維を浸漬したゲル化剤をゲル化して、ゼラチン繊維をゲルに包埋する工程;ゲルに包埋されたゼラチン繊維を、25℃を超える温度で溶解させて、微小流路をゲル中に形成させる工程により形成することが出来る。【選択図】図1
